2. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D 4E and 4Fto SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment", along with the installation and training of the Employer's employees.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
part 1 - ultrasound (type 1) (5 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex number 4A to SWZ;
part 2 - ultrasound device (1Art)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ;
part 3 - ultrasound (type 2) (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to SWZ;
part 4 - ultrasound (type 3) (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4DSWZ;
part 5 - ultrasound (type 4) (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ;
part 6 - ultrasound (type 5) (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex number 4F to SWZ;
