- The subject of the order is the delivery of preventive meals for the needs of the Polish Water Farm, the Polish Water Management Board in Krakow
The contracting authority divided the order into 6 parts:
1) Part 1 Delivery of meals for the Budnik Management Board in Kielce,
2) Part 2 Delivery meals for the board of the catchment area in Krakow,
3) Part 3 Delivery of meals for the catchment board in Nowy Sącz,
4) Part 4 Delivery of meals for the Sandomierz catchment board,
5) Part 5 Delivery of meals for the Bondful Management Board in Żywiec,
6) PART 6 DELIVERY OF MEALS FOR FIRMS FRIENGE (RUH).
Regenerative meals They must meet the following criteria:
1) must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 28, 1996.
on preventive meals and drinks (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 60, item 279).
2) the subject of the contract must be of high quality without a mechanically separated meat content (Mom), without GMO, without the addition of dyes
3) meals listed in the table in point 2 OPZ for each part of the order are to be delivered in original, factory -closed packaging, without physical signs and signs of damage
4) Each unit packaging must have a label containing detailed data provided for in the applicable regulations, in particular in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council No. 1169/2011 of October 25, 2011.
5) the shelf life for the consumption of regenerative meals at the time of delivery cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date ... - Documents :
