- 1. Delivery in the form of an operational lease of a factory new 9 passenger car for the Miki Commune Office. The contractor will be obliged to: conclude the contract operational leasing for a period of 60 months; 1) presentation of the binding and unchanging offer of 60 months of raw leasing installments in accordance with z Patnocy schedule, including the prepayment abbreviation up to 25 % of the gross car worth and the amount of the vehicle redemption at a maximum of up to 10 % of the gross value of the vehicle. 2) Vehicle insurance is not an element of the offer. The lessor will be obliged to present a minimum of three Insurance offers from which the Ordering Party will choose or present insurance negotiated by him with the insurance company.
