2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. Subject of the contract stayed Divided into 5 parts: 1) Part I - Rooping vegetables - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 2) Part II - fresh and quiet vegetables, mushroom - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 3) Part III - Potatoes - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 4) Part IV - fruit - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 5) Part V - root vegetables, fresh and acidified, mushroom, fruit, potatoes - delivery to the CSP support department in Sułkowice.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of variant offers.
5. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance Parts of the subcontractor's order.
6. The contracting authority requests the contractor to indicate in the offer part of the contract, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known (Annex 11 to SWZ).
7. The Contractor is obliged to process the order on a principle and the conditions described in the relevant provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
