- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of sterilization materials. The subject of the order was divided into 33 parts.
2. An object of the item according to the common dictionary of orders: 33190000-8.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party and quantity, is included in Annex 1 to SWZ -assortment and price form. The contractor, by completing the items indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.
4. The performance of the subject of the contract is set out in the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. The order items must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
6. The offered objects of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
7. All records of SWZ and her attachments in which the Employer refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows Equivalent solutions.
8. The concept of "equivalence" of the solution, in particular, is understood: an indication that the offered solution has at least the same or better - described by a given standard, type or sign - technical parameters and functional qualitative features that apply to value usage ... - Documents :
