- 1. The subject of the contract is divided into 6 parts:

1.2 Development The lane of the Victory Avenue at the entrance to Gdynia from Sopot (Annex 1B to SWZ)
1.3 Land development at ul. Defenders Coast and Stefan Batory (Annex 1C to SWZ)
Planting along ul. Starodworcowa (Annex 1D to SWZ)
1.5 Development of the green area at ul. Zbyszek from Bogdańska and Stanisław Filipkowski in Gdynia - project because 2023/Chw/0023 (Annex 1E to SWZ)
1.6 Planting trees in the city Gdynia - based on the decision of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship and the project: Bo 2024/KAR/0010 MikrokoszPaler before SP No. 42 and because 2024/WIK/0009 Mikroszpaler along ul. Starodworcowa (Annex 1F to SWZ)
2. The order of the contract was described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ "Description of the subject Orders "(hereinafter referred to as" OPZ ") and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to SWZ.
The contracting authority allows partial offers for any selected parts of the subject of the contract.
3.2. The Employer decides to proceed to the most favorable offer submitted to a given part of the proceedings.
