- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of project documentation for the task Modernization of existing ventilation systems serving the basement rooms of the building of the Ministry of Finance together with executive industry projects, technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of construction works,a pre-city, information on safety and health protection of "BIOZ" (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") for the needs of project No. FENX.01.01-IW-01-0017/24 pn. "Increasing the energy efficiency of the Ministry of Finance building" implemented under the European Funds program atInfrastructure, climate, environment 2021-2027.
2. The order will be performed in two stages:

2.2.1.1.1.1.1.1.1decision from the Mazowieckie Provincial Conservator of Monuments (MWKZ) allowing the work;

2.3.1.1 -designed the provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the "PPU", the template of which is an attachment and to SWZ.
2.3.2.2rd of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Annex 1 to the PPU.
