- 1. The applicant informs that the investment referred to in point 3.1. SWZ will be made through the implementation of NW. tasks:
1) reconstruction and modernization of the amphitheater audience with roofing and stage;
2) Reconstruction of the parking lot at the amphitheater
2. Investment will be implemented in the design formula and build in therefore the scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) execution of comprehensive project documentation together with obtaining with all required arrangements, decisions, conditions and permits, administrative decisions, including building permits/notification of works, and
2) execution of construction works Based on the developed project documentation referred to in point 3.3.1), SWZ, along with obtaining a permit for use and commissioning of the task.
3. Investment includes in particular:
a) reconstruction of the audience,
b) construction of a roof over the audience from a PVC membrane,
c) reconstruction of the roofing over the stage, with the renovation of the stage and its facilities,
d) construction of directing positions - image and sound,
e) construction of catering and sanitary facilities,
f) land development,
g) Reconstruction of the parking lot.
h) interior design.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to SWZ and
in documents, referred to in point 3.5. Swz.
4. The Employer informs that it plans to obtain funding from external funds - European funds for Lubuski, from funds under the name "Increasing the cultural attractiveness of the region through the reconstruction of the amphitheater along with the roof" - action 5.4 - ... - Documents :
