- 1. 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the 220/110 kv Łośnice station. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options, i.e. supervision options.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ Functional and utility program.
3. Names and codes of the common dictionaryOrders:

4. Each time, in all cases where the Employer describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systemsTechnical references referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the Ordering Party"Or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor, who cites equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to show that the deliveries, services or works offered by him meet the requirements set by the Employer, provided thatThe Contractor will prove in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
