- I. The order consists in the service:
a) substantive support during the implementation of active protection activities, implemented in 2025 and 2026, on galman pitch near Olkusz, among others:- substantive advice when planning the scope and how to implement active protection activities, currentMonitoring of the activities performed, issuing recommendations and proposing modifications to implemented tasks;- assessment of the effectiveness of the activities carried out, including the assessment of the methods used. b) execution of zero state monitoring in 2025 based on the GIOĊ methodology, followed by Annex 9 to SWZ (OPZ).
II.The offer in the proceedings is made, under pain of invalidity in electronic form, i.e. in an electronic form provided with a qualified electronic signature.
III. 1. Documents submitted by the Contractor with the offer:
1) Filmed offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ);
2) completed listAdditional experience of the expert (Annex 1A to SWZ) If the Contractor wants to receive additional points in the criterion for assessing offers;
3) power of attorney or other document confirming the authorization to represent the Contractor - if the offer or the declarations or documents attached to it signsproxy.
4) a power of attorney to represent all contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, or a cooperation agreement, from which the power of attorney will result.
