- The contracting authority orders the Contractor to prepare all-day meals for patients and preventive meals for employees along with their delivery to the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University in Łodź:
a) Package No. 1-building B-1 at ul. Czechoslovaka 8/10; at ul. Bardowskiego 1 andMental Health Center ul. Wierzbowa 38 in Łodź;
b) Package No. 2-building A-1 at ul. Pomorska 251 and a building at ul. Sterlinga 13 in Łodź.
Material scope of the subject of the contract part B SWZ is an integral part of the contract.
