- 1. The subject of the order are comprehensive P1 system maintenance services. The subject of the contract consists of:
A. provision by the Contractor with warranty services on the basis of, regarding and deadline specified in the planned provisions of the contract, which includes the following services:
a) service Code management, described in Annex 4 to the planned provisions of the contract;
b) configuration management service, described in Annex 4A to the planned provisions of the contract;
c) documentation maintenance service, described in Annex 4B to the planned provisions of the contract;
d) administration service Environments, described in Annex 4C to the planned provisions of the contract;
e) the service of monitoring availability and efficiency, described in Annex 4D to the planned provisions of the contract;
f) administration service in the P1 system, described in Annex 4E to the planned provisions of the contract;
g) service Removing defects, described in Annex 4F to the planned provisions of the contract;
h) installation service, described in Annex 4G to the planned provisions of the contract;
i) project infrastructure maintenance service, described in Annex 4H to the planned provisions of the contract;
j) proactive actions service, described in Annex 4I to the planned provisions of the contract;
k) implementation management service, described in Annex 4J to the proposed provisions of the contract;
