- 1. The subject of the contract is a service in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners, where residents from the Kwidzyn commune inhabits in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 and their transport to the municipal installation - Zakład Utilization Wadow Padow Sp. With o.o. in Gilwa Mała 8, 82-500 Kwidzyn.
2. As part of the commissioned service, the Contractor will be obliged to:
1) collecting from all properties on which residents inhabit, produced in any amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (waste code 20 03 01), collected in containers and in sacks located at the containers (in the case of periodic surpluses, when these waste will not fit in the containers).
The collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will take place at the following frequencies:
a) once every two weeks - from built -up real estate single -family residential buildings and multi -leaved buildings, in which these waste is collected in containers with a capacity of 60 l;
b) once a week - from real estate built -up with multi -leaved buildings, in which mixed municipal waste is collected in containers with a capacity from 660l.
2) collecting from real estate, on which residents inhabit, produced in each amount of selectively collected, in sacks and/or in containers, municipal waste of the following fractions:
- paper (waste code: 15 01 01),
- plastics (waste code: 15 01 02),
- metals, e.g. cans ... - Documents :
