- The subject of the contract is to provide the subscription to the Microsoft 365 Basiness Basic license together with MS Teams for a period of 12 months from the date of expiry of the license owned by the Employer (the licenses expire during September/October 2025), or subscription to equivalent licenses functionality indicated by the description of the subject of the contract.
3.2.1. The order is divided into the basic order and the order carried out under the rights of the option.
3.2.1.1. In the framework of the basic order:
a) providing subscription of 40 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses with MS Teams or equivalent for the Information Services Center in Wrocław,
b) Providing a subscription to 300 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses with MS Teams or equivalent to the Wrocław Commune Office,
c) providing a subscription to 50 Microsoft 365 Basiness Basic licenses with MS Teams or equivalent to organizational units Municipalities of Wrocław;
3.2.1.2. In the part of the order covered by the right options:
a) providing a subscription to 10 Microsoft 365 Basiness Basic licenses with MS Teams or equivalent to organizational units of the Wrocław Commune,
b) Providing subscription to 10 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses with MS Teams or equivalent to the Information Services Center in Wrocław.
3.3. The concise description of the subject of the contract, qualitative requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are in the draft contract (together with its attachments) constituting an attachment to SWZ
