- The contractor undertakes to deliver with his own transport and at its own expense 5 (five) items of factory new (year in accordance with the year of delivery) of specialized BUS type vehicles, the N1 category adapted to transport two people and load, with permissible total weight (DMC) not morethan 3500 kg, meeting the requirements of the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The removal requires that the vehicle delivered:
a) be factory -new,
b) to be fully functional,
c) to be free from defects,
d) had documents specified in the technical specification,
e) was refueled suchby the amount of fuel, in order for the "ignition" position, the fuel level indicator does not indicate the "reserve" position.
3. The user requires that the delivered vehicle be made in accordance with:
a) technical specification,
b) the principles of technical knowledge, commonly applicable in this respect, standards and standards, withtaking into account the applicable regulations,
c) he had the required approvals and approval in the scope of utility values.Mazowsze logotype and information that the purchase is co -financed by the local government of the Masovian Voivodeship according to the guidelines posted on the website www.mazovia.pl with the "Self -government" tab - "Marek Mazowsze" - "Promotion of the Mazowsze brand".
