- 1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery in municipal areas outside the road lane and in the housing green areas for the period
12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract divided into parts with the possibility of applying the options.
2. The order of the contract is divided is on parts:
Part 1: District 1 or Centrum, Środmieście North, Środmieście West
Part 2: District 2 or Łagiewniki, Rozbark
Part 3: District 3 or Szombierki, Bobrek
Part 4: District 4 or Miechowice, Karb
Part 5: District 5 or Stroszek, Sucha Gora, Stolarzowice, Gorniki
3. COMPLETE OF PARTS covered by the order in each part for the basic and optional scope constitutes the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order in areas outside the road lane within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bytom, imposed on the contracting authority in accordance with art. 5 para. 5 of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended).
4. The order of the contract and the manner of its implementation in each part specifies:
a) detailed description of the subject of the order with attachments (hereinafter SOPZ) - Annex 1 to SWZ
b) estimated quantities - Annex No. 1.1 - 1.5 to SWZ
c) planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.
5. The resource allows the possibility of submitting partial offers in relation to 5 parts of the procedure.
6. The operation can be folded on 5 parts.
