- The subject of the order is a service consisting in granting and servicing a long -term loan of PLN 9,410,000.00. to finance the planned budget deficit of the city of Kętrzyn in 2025 in the amount of PLN 5,471,298.39 and to pay the previously taken liabilities in the amount of PLN 3,938,701.61 zloty.
