- 2.1. The subject of the plan is to remove voluntary group insurance for the life of employees, their co-foundes/ partner and the penn year-old children of the Voivodship Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Kielce. 2.1.1. Subject of the Polishaccidents and bumps of additional health -related employees (insurance) and their family members. 2.1.2. The insurance contract with the Contractors selected in this postponding is to be in force from 01.07.2025.2.1.3. Employee insurance or their families isvoluntary. People who are the criteria for belonging to insured groups can at any time of the contract for it as a pre -contract or performance. 2.1.4. A detailed description of the subject for both worship of the pollThe provisions contained in the description of the subject of the skewing are obligatory, with the removal of the optional scope of protection described in this SWZ.
