- The subject of the plan is the delivery by the contractor of the ultrasound apparatus described in the list of the required functions and technical parameters constituting the above 6 to SWZ, in accordance with the PPU, stating the adherence No. 4 to SWZ. The contractor is obliged to provide in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ: namesManufacturer and commercial name or catalog number. The provider should be a proprietary subject of the pollination in accordance with the parameters specified by the Ordering Employer. Everywhere, where the Orderingians will not determine the dimension, color or other parameter, Ley is the responsibility of the contractor. In the event that in the descriptionthe subject of the pollination, references to norms, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act on the Public Procurement Law, ordering in accordance with art. 4 of the Act Allows the use of the solutions described.The time, when the norm is indicated in this SWZ, technical assessment, technical specification or technical reference system.items ...
