- 1. The subject of this order is the winter maintenance of roads and streets in the city and commune of Swarzędz together with the material in the season 2025-2026.
Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract were specified in the planned contract provisions - Annex 7. In addition, in Annex 10 to SWZ, the Employer made available a list of streets along with determining the length of individual roads and an indication of the type of their surface.
214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. In the case of granting, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, the current contractor, services constituting no more than 30% of the value of the basic order consisting in the performance of services related to winter maintenance of roads and streets in the city and commune of Swarzędz. Conditions on which the abovementioned Orders will meet the conditions specified in the documentation of this procedure, which, in particular, should be understood as the conditions for the implementation of the services in detail described in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ. The contracting authority will carry out appropriate Single -hand order procedure.
