One of Poland's most well-known cultural organisations, OPERA NOVA w Bydgoszczy, has given a sizable contract for the delivery and installation of specialised equipment for the IV Circle (IV KrΓ½) of its growing performance complex. The project will be carried out by BSC System Sp. z o.o., MEGAN SEATING Marcin GrzΕicki, and ZakΓ‘v Automatyki PrzemysΕawowej Piotr Kawecki, according to the Contract Award Notice, which was released on December 3, 2025.
The project, which is estimated to be worth PLN 2.406 billion (Document Number 802984-2025), encompasses a broad range of supply and installation tasks in several technical areas of the Opera's new facilities. The tender consists of:
Mechanical stage equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning
System integration for a chamber hall and rehearsal space
485 spectators can be seated.
Two foldable grandstands
The smaller stand has 71 seats (69+2)
The main stand has 282 seats (276+6)
The balcony area has 140 seats (138+2)
Opera Nova's expansion into more adaptable, multipurpose performance spaces will be supported by this comprehensive equipment package, which will allow the venue to host film screenings, chamber performances, and rehearsals.
Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, seating systems, and stage mechanics is contributed by the recognised companies.

Their combined capabilities meet Opera Nova's performance infrastructure standards and stringent technical requirements.
Bydgoszcz's standing as a regional cultural centre is anticipated to improve with the construction of Opera Nova's infrastructure. The institution's artistic potential, visitor experience, and venue versatility for both classical and contemporary productions will all be improved by the new rehearsal and chamber hall.
Installation work is expected to proceed swiftly through the commissioning phase after the contract was formally signed on December 2, 2025. The project supports the long-term expansion of Poland's performing arts industry and represents a significant turning point in Opera Nova's modernisation strategy.
