• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is construction work: Renovation of the roof and insulation of the northern, eastern and western facades in the B5H building of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology located at ul. ukasiewicza 7/9we Wrocawiu2. Completion of the subject of the contract means full scope of construction and assembly works, demolition works, dismantling and assembly works as well as construction services in accordance with the project documentation constitute Appendix No. can be found in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Contract template. The contractor undertakes to perform the above-mentioned works. in accordance with the design documentation, this contract, SWZ, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (hereinafter Construction Law) and in accordance with other applicable regulations and standards, including the provisions of the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, as well as in accordance with technical knowledge, construction practices and health and safety regulations, and provided them to the ordering party.
