Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of urethra sphincters and other urological products for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. The landmark allows the submission of partial offers. A partial offer is understood as singlePackages set in Annex 3 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts.
3. The commissioner requires that the offered range meet the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974)and in the executive acts issued under the Act. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ will reject the offer.
