1. The order of the contract is the successive delivery of reagent sets for preparing librariesalong with the lease of devices for automatic assembly of libraries for analyzes using NGS - 3 items and a camera for gel/RNA gel electrophoresis - 1 item for UCK, parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4 and 5a and 5b and 5b.does not allow partial offers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts because such a division in these proceedings is unprecedented, because the ordered assortment must be compatible with leased devices, therefore the implementation of deliveries at oneContractors will guarantee the fulfillment of this condition. In addition, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the order into parts, but stipulates the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the order, and therefore it is not possible to formulate an allegation of non -compliance with the law of such actiondue to the lack of a norm imposing the obligation to divide.
3. The assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ will reject the offer. Reagents are necessary to implement diagnosticsmolecularly consisting in the simultaneous analysis of several or several dozen different genes to identify genetic disorders constituting the molecular basis of patient diseases.
