1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagent sets for the preparation of librariesAlong with the lease of devices for automatic assembly of libraries for analyzes using NGS - 3 items and a camera for gel/RNA gel electrophoresis - 1 item for UCK, parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4 and 5a and 5b and 5b to SWZ.
2. Orderingdoes not allow partial offers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts because such a division in this procedure is unprecedented, because the ordered assortment must be compatible with leased devices, therefore the implementation of deliveries with oneContractors will guarantee the fulfillment of this condition. In addition, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but constitutes the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the contract, and therefore it is impossible to formulate an allegation of non -compliance with the law of such actiondue to the lack of a norm imposing the obligation to divide.
3. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ will reject the offer. Reagents are necessary to implement diagnosticsmolecular consisting of simultaneous analysis of a dozen or several dozen different genes in order to identify genetic disorders constituting the molecular basis of patient diseases.
