3 The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The subject of the order is one medicinal product.
3. INAs part of the items marked in the assortment and price symbol (**) in Annex 3 to SWZ, the contracting authority requires that the offered preparation be in the catalog of reimbursed drugs used in drug programs or in the catalog of reimbursed drugs used in chemotherapy.
4. OrderingIn the assortment and price form, he determined the packaging method. In items in which there is no such description, the contractor may offer any packaging method with maintaining the quantity required by the ordering amount specified in a given item. The contractor must value the proposed packaging method atappropriate conversion.
5. Deliveries will take place successively, in quantity and assortment, in accordance with partial orders of the Ordering Party. The contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the hospital pharmacy.
