The subject of the order in this tender procedure is: Removal and management of waste from all facilities of USK No. 2 - 2 parts (packages), in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ: 1.1 Part 1: Collection and disposal services of medical waste and medicines from the hospital complexes of USK No. 2 in ΕΓ³dΕΊ at ul. Ε»eromskiego 113, Plac Hallera 1, Pieniny 30, - in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 - i.e. as amended) with code 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 06*, 18 01 08*, 18 01 09, 18 01 10* according to the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) - in accordance with the requirements set out in the Annex No. 1a - Description of the subject of the order; The ordering party requires that the content of the offer complies with the principle of proximity expressed in Art. 20 section 3, 5-6 of the Waste Act, i.e. requires that infectious medical waste from part No. 1 be disposed of in the area of ββthis the same voivodeship where the waste was generated, or outside the area of ββthis voivodeship, but closest to the place of its production. If there is no installation for the disposal of this waste in a given voivodeship or if it exists the installations do not have spare processing capacity, the Ordering Party allows the disposal of infectious medical waste in the area of ββa voivodeship other than the one in which it was generated, in the nearest installation...
