- Delivery of reagent kits for ELISA tests along with the lease of an analyzer for UCK. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagent kits for ELISA determinations along with the lease of an analyzer for UCK, with the following parameters and assortment: estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in: rejection of the offer. 3. The leased analyzer together with additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning. 5. If terms indicating type, standard or signs are used in the documentation regarding the proceedings in question trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer.
