Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents for determinations by real-Time PCR methods together with the lease of the system with additional equipment for the molecular laboratory of the UCK hematology laboratory, parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4a, No. 4b, No. 4band No. 5 to SWZ.
2. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts because such a division in this procedure is unprecedented, because the ordered reagents must be compatible with the leased system, therefore the implementationSupply from one contractor will guarantee the fulfillment of this condition. In addition, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but constitutes the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the contract, and therefore it is impossible to formulate an allegation of unlawfulnesssuch action due to the lack of a norm imposing the obligation to divide the contract.
3. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annexes 4a and 4B to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annexes No. 4a and No. 4b to SWZ will reject the offer.
4.The leased system, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the border parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the border parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ will reject the offer.
