- 1. The subject of the order is the renovation of a commercial building at ul. Krasiskiego 23 in Krakow (stage 1) in the scope of renovation of the skylight in the roof, carried out based on the building permit decision No. 98/6740.3/2024 and the conservation permit No. ZN-I.5142.190.2024. The scope of work includes: - preparatory works and auxiliary, - delivery and assembly of scaffolding, - dismantling of stained glass, - dismantling of roof skylights, - dismantling sheet metal flashings, - reflecting plasters on walls, - completing walls or filling in holes, - replenishing plasters, - removing fungi from brick walls, - painting plasters with paints, - reinforcement of structures, - execution wiecw, - delivery and installation of a roof skylight, - installation of sheet metal flashings, - preparation of a traffic management project, - preparation of as-built documentation.
