Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a large -diameter biodiversity biodiversity for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. The removal requires that the offered assortment meet the requirements for medical devices contained inIn the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued under this Act.
3. Medicals must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in the attachmentNo. 3 to SWZ will reject the offer.
4. The company does not allow partial offers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts because such a division in this procedure is unprecedented and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs when performing the contract.In addition, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but stipulates the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the contract, and therefore it is impossible to formulate an allegation of non -compliance with the law of such action due to the lack of a norm imposing an obligationdivision.
5. The medical devices of this order will be implemented on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery date is 6 business days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party.
