The subject of the order for this tender procedure is: the supply of reagents and consumable materials (hereinafter referred to as the goods) along with the lease of two analyzers (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease) for the Serology Department and the Blood Bank described in Assortment-price form and Technical parameters, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the assortment-price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Annex No. 1 to SIWZ. 154/PN/ZP/D/2025 - Supplies of reagents and consumables along with the lease of two analyzers for the Serology Department and the Blood Bank The subject of this tender procedure is: supply of reagents and consumables (called hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of two analyzers (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease) for the Serology Department and the Blood Bank described in the Assortment and Price Form and Technical Parameters, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
