Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D and 4E to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", together with the installation and training of employees of the ordering party.
2. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
part1 - spirometr (1 pc)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A to SWZ,
part 2 - dialysis armchair (8 pcs)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to SWZ,
part 3 - camera for cryotherapy (1 pc)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4c to SWZ,
part,4 - Translated ultrasound head (1 pc)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4D to SWZ,
part 5 - expansion of the operational microscope (1 set)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ,
3. The above -mentioned equipment must meet the limit parameters specifiedAccording to Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D and 4E to SWZ. Failure to meet at least one
from border parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D and 4E to SWZ, respectively, will reject the offer.
