- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of Dichlorek Radu 223 for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and border requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. The assortment of the assortment referred to in para. 1 The Contractor will be obliged to deliver at his own expense to the Medicine DepartmentNuclear UCK, ul. DΔbinki 7.
3. The landmark does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The contracting authority has not divided the order into parts because such a division in this procedure is unprecedented and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs when performing the contract.In addition, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but stipulates the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the contract, and therefore it is impossible to formulate an allegation of non -compliance with the law of such action due to the lack of a norm imposing an obligationdividing.
4. The resource does not agree to make changes in Annex 3 to SWZ-the assortment and price form under the pain of rejection.
