168/PN/2025 - provision of comprehensive legal service related to the conduct of the Employer medical experiments, clinical and scientific research on behalf of domestic and foreign entities for UCK
1. The subject of this order is the provision of comprehensive legal services related to conducting medical experiments, commercial clinical trials by the Ordering Party i non -commercial and other matters related to research on behalf of domestic and foreign entities.
The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts.
3.1) as part of the performance of the subject of the contract in the scope Package No. 1 The Contractor will be obliged to provide the following services in the field of service, in particular:
a) full formal and legal verification of draft contracts for conducting medical experiments, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, contracts for partner projects;
b) negotiating conditions of contracts with domestic and foreign entities ordering the Employer to participate in commercial and non -commercial clinical trials, contracts for partner projects;
c) Support for the head of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department of the Ordering Party in the preparation of documents and related opinions with the functioning of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department of the Ordering Party and other formal and legal activities, within the time limit set by the DBKIN manager;
