(17) Service of successive collection, transport and management of waste marked in the classificationwaste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11

1. The subject of the contract is - on the conditions described in the contract, which will be included between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and the contractor's offer -Successive collection, transport and development of waste collected by the contractor from the contracting authority classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11.
2. Conditions can only be subjected to processesRecovery R1 and/or R12, in accordance with the determination of the designation of these processes in the Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (i.e. on waste movement(Journal of Laws of the EU. L 190/1, as amended), while by "subjecting the recovery process" it is understood as the start and completion of this process.
3. The order of the contract includes:
a) the waste classified under the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment otherthan mentioned in 19 12 11, which is a fraction of large-size waste crushing, in an amount of 5000 mg (+/-) 10 mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and withapplications ...
