Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of radiopharmaceuticals at the request of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form., 2. Delivery of the assortment will be carried out each time at the expense and risk of the Contractor,try bears full responsibility for correct transport conditions, insurance during transport, unloading and delivery to the Ordering Party's warehouse on business days, between: 7:30-14:30. The Contractor is responsible for the assortment until it is received by the Ordering Party. , 3. Assortment that is the subject of the ordermust be authorized for marketing and use in the case of medicinal products in accordance with the Act of 6/09/2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301), or in the case of nuclear materials or radioactive sources in accordance with the Act of 29/11/2000 Atomic Law, consolidated texty OJ 2023 item 1173 from Mon. amended), has valid approvals and registration certificates as well as an appropriate marketing authorization in Poland, issued by an authorized body with a current validity date and identifying the manufacturer and product type.
