Description:
1. The subject of the contract is - on the terms described in the contract, which will be included between the contracting authority and the Contractor, SWZ and the contractor's offer - the successive transfer of the contractor by the contracting authority of waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances andItems) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, in order to further manage them, in the types and quantities specified below.
2. The order of the contract includes:
a) waste classified under the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanicalwaste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting a 0-80 mm fraction separated in the process of mechanical processing of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and then subjected to the process of biological processing using biological drying processes and the processmechanical processing in an amount of 9200 mg (+/-) 10 mg (quantitative differences may result from storage conditions and from the technical and technological solutions used by the weight system), but not less than 500 mg (minimum benefits).
b) Packaging of waste: loose waste.Waste:
