Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical apparatus with technical parameters specified in Annexes 4a-4D to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "apparatus", along with the installation and training of employees of the Ordering Party.
2. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 - Column anesthesiological - 1 item with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A to SWZ,
Part 2 - surgical column (1 item)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ,
Part 3 - operating lamp (2 pcs)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4C to SWZ,
Part 4 - operating room integration system - 1 set (room in the CMI operating block) - with technical parameters specified in Annex 4D to SWZ,
3. The above -mentioned apparatus must meet the border parameters specified accordingly
In Annexes No. 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D SWZ. Failure to meet even one of Border parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D to SWZ will reject the offer, respectively.
2 will be delivered with the equipment necessary for its proper functioning.
2 will take place in the indicated place by the contracting authority
Smoluchowskiego 17 at the contractor's expense.
6. The Contractor will train employees of the Ordering Party in the scope of the basics of apparatus.
7. The contractor will be obliged to guarantee that the equipment delivered is brand new, complete, high standard ...
