Description:
1. The subject of the procedure is implemented as part of the project "Increasing the quality and availability of oncological diagnostics and oncological treatment at the University Clinical Center", implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity: Component D D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system "investment D1.1.1" Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities ".
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D 4E, 4F and 4G to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with the installation and training of employees of the Ordering Party.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 - Video (endoscopic) track with ultrasonic videobronchoscope (1 set)
on the technical parameters specified in the attachment number 4a to SWZ;
Part 2 - Endoscopic wash (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ;
Part 3 - Video (endoscopic) track with endoscopes (1 set)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4C to SWZ;
Part 4 - Ultrasonic aspirator system surgical (1 piece)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4D to SWZ;
Part 5 - System of intraoperative paralysis identification (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ;
Part 6 - Video track (2 pieces)
