The subject of the order is the delivery of 19 modular social containers with a clean and dirty zone (cloakroom, washroom, shower cabins) intended for people participating in exercises in a flashover and smoke chamber, with technical parameters and equipment consistent with the content. specifications.

The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Reasons for not dividing the order into lots:
Because of future warranty obligations (possibility of losing the warranty) and the nature of the order, the ordering party does not see the possibility of dividing the order into parts (the division would be artificial and would reduce the quality of the order). Failure to divide into parts, in the opinion of the ordering party, does not infringe competition, does not limit the ability of smaller entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to apply for a contract.
Detailed implementation conditions are specified Annex No. 4 to the SWZ "Designed provisions of the contract".
The minimum warranty period is 24 months.
The list of recipients and end users constitutes an annex to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
