- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagent sets in the CPR system for immunochemical determinations by immunofluorescence, Delivery of useful materials for the analyzer, supply of control material and calibrators along with the lease of the analyzer with additional equipment For Laboratory of Diagnostics of UCK protein disorders, parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4 and No. 5 to SWZ.
Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ will reject the offer.
3. The rented analyzer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the border parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the border parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ will cause rejection Offers.
4.
