Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of one -off medical devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information about the range, quantities and its requirements was specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. The expiry date of the subject of the contract is not It can be shorter than 12 months from the date of each delivery. Product features declared by the Contractor must comply with the actual period of the contract. Orders must be carried out in accordance with the requirements provided for the offered products.
