- Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order1. The subject of this contract is the provision of transportation services for a maximum of 20 residents of Gliwice from their place of residence to the community self-help home in Gliwice at ul. Sikorskiego 134 and taken home by the Contractor's vehicle.2. The passenger transport will be carried out twice a day (excluding public holidays and holidays agreed with the Ordering Party), in the morning and afternoon hours on the Ordering Party's working days.3. Hours: arrival at the dormitory at 9:15, departure from the dormitory at 15:15.4. ATTENTION! The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the transport hours in the event of organizing special events by the support center.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire contract (days on which it is to be implemented service) due to the supervising authorities introducing restrictions or decisions suspending the work of the facility.6. The number of days in which the service is to be performed is max. 229 (working days from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026)7.
