- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply (sale, delivery and distribution), in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, of high-methane natural gas (type E GZ50) with a heat of combustion of not less than 38 MJ/m3, at a pressure of not less than 1.8 kPa, intended for heating the facility. Vocational Education Center in Stalowa Wola ul. E. Kwiatkowskiego 1, covering the elements of delivery, sale and distribution of natural gas to the building, with a total estimated amount of approximately 1,198,113 kWh.2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to supply natural gas high-methane as above in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the implementing acts to this Act. The supplied gaseous fuel must meet technical and quality standards in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act and implementing acts. and Polish standards. 3.
