- The subject of the contract is: the purchase and delivery of quaternity equipment for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters based in Radom - the procedure is conducted to conclude a framework agreement. The proceedings are divided into two stages:
a) proceedings conducted in an open tender procedure,On the basis of
art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law, in order to conclude a framework agreement,
b) executive proceedings in order to conclude contractual agreements.
Conclusion of a framework agreement does not give rise to the contracting authority, and on the part of the contractor a claim for the award of the contract for the supply of furniture specified in the formsoffers. None of the provisions of the framework agreement can be treated as an obligation of the Ordering Party to award contractual contracts. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum of five contractors under each task whose offers meet all the requirements of SWZ andPZP Act and will receive the highest number of points based on the criteria for evaluation of offers specified in this SWZ. The terms of the contract and the terms of the contractor's selection were specified in SWZ and attachments to SWZ. The subject of the contract is divided into 9 tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - chairRotary - the maximum amount is 1350 pcs.
2) Task No. 2 - rotary chair - the maximum amount is 200 pcs.
3) Task No. 3 - rotary armchair 24/7 - the maximum amount is 100 pcs.
4) Task No. 4 - ISO chair - the maximum amount is 800 pcs.
