Package No. 1 - General foodstuffsThe subject of the order is the successive purchase, delivery and unloading of foodstuffs (fresh pork meat and cold cuts, fresh poultry meat, frozen foods, dairy products, general foodstuffs, fish, vegetables and fruits) for the school canteen at Primary School No. 5 in Lbork. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the Ordering Party regarding the purchase, delivery and unloading of food products for the school canteen at Primary School No. 5 in Lbork are specified in: description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in material price form constituting Annex No. 1a 1f to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
