The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services, minor repairs, renovations and troubleshooting in the field of water, sewage, central heating and gas installations (hereinafter referred to as services), in buildings and residential and commercial premises covered by the order, indicated in list of properties constituting Annex No. 3a to the Specification and Agreement, owned by the Bielsko-Biaa Commune, which are located in buildings managed by housing communities (other managers).2. Part 1 of the contract (area 1) covers real estate with a total area of approx. 124,311.10 m2. Ordering party from the total area of premises managed in area 1, it envisages the provision of services for approximately 6,258.11 m2 during the term of the contract. Because work in the field of maintenance, minor repairs, renovations and removal of the effects of failures will be performed both in residential premises and service areas The Ordering Party anticipates that: 1) approximately 4,648.57 m2 will include residential premises and residential and commercial buildings, with the majority of the area residential area with the applicable VAT rate of 8%,2) approximately 516.51 m2 will include common areas in b...
