The subject of the order is the provision of protection services for the Ordering Party's property located at the Waste Management Plant in Wysieka (especially against seizure, damage or destruction), in the form of permanent direct physical protection, on working days after working hours, and on Sundays and holidays 24 hours a day. (The plant in Wysieka, Bartoszyce commune is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., therefore security work will take place from Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following day; on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., on Saturdays from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Sundays and public holidays 24 hours a day). The Ordering Party reserves the right to change working hours in emergency cases or in the event of organizational changes at the Waste Management Plant in Wysieka. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor about the planned change 7 days in advance, sudden changes will be agreed on an ongoing basis with an authorized representative. representative of the Contractor.2.
