- 1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase and delivery of liquid fuels (ON, unleaded 95 ethylene and liquefied LPG), and the rental of 1 double-walled unpressurized ground tank with a capacity of 2,500-3,000 liters with a distributor for the needs of the landfill in Wysieka. The fuels must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and the standards specified in: - PN EN 590 for diesel oil, - PN EN 228 for unleaded gasoline 95, - PN EN 589 for liquefied LPG gas, or equivalent, and in the case of changes to these standards during the term of the contract - parameters according to new standards or relevant equivalent standards. The tank must have an appropriate certificate. The Contractor will successively deliver fuel to the non-pressure tank rented to the Ordering Party and to the tank owned by the Ordering Party with a capacity of 2,500 liters, which will be placed at the landfill in Wysieka. The Ordering Party also requires the possibility of refueling vehicles at a station indicated by the Contractor located in the town of Bartoszyce or at a distance of no more than 10 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.
